Cybersecurity student · Builder · Peer leader

I build secure systems and explain the work clearly.

I'm Julian Arceo. I study cybersecurity at Purdue University Northwest and work in access control and security analysis. I learn by getting involved, asking questions, and building things for myself.

About me

I learn best
by doing.

I like figuring out how systems work. Once I understand one, I usually want to improve it, document it, and show someone else what I learned.

I'm earning a B.S. in Cybersecurity with a Computer Science minor at Purdue University Northwest. I'm also in the Honors College and have made the Dean's List each semester. At work, I'm gaining experience in healthcare access control and security analysis.

Outside class and work, I run my own home server, compete in cyber defense events, mentor other students, and build websites. I've also taught cybersecurity to younger students and presented tools such as John the Ripper.
